These terms govern the use of services provided by Four Seasons Aerial Photo. By booking a service or
engaging with this business in any capacity, clients agree to the conditions outlined below.
Four Seasons Aerial Photo provides aerial photography, aerial videography, 360-degree photography, real estate imaging, construction progression documentation, event coverage, social media content creation, and mapping and surveying services. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and airspace regulations at the time of the scheduled flight.
A confirmed booking is required before any shoot date is secured. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to complete payment by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of the scheduled shoot without prior notice.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot date will be accommodated without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling requests are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on availability.
Outdoor aerial shoots are subject to weather and environmental conditions. Four Seasons Aerial Photo reserves the right to reschedule any shoot that cannot be safely conducted due to wind, rain, low visibility, or any other condition that compromises flight safety or image quality. Client safety and equipment integrity are the priority in every decision.
All flights are conducted in compliance with FAA regulations. Certain locations may require airspace authorization or special permits. Four Seasons Aerial Photo will make reasonable efforts to obtain necessary approvals, but cannot guarantee flight clearance in restricted or controlled airspace. If a location cannot be legally accessed, an alternative will be discussed with the client.
All aerial footage and photographs captured by Four Seasons Aerial Photo remain the intellectual property of the business until full payment is received. Upon receipt of payment, clients receive usage rights for the agreed purpose. Resale or redistribution of delivered content without written consent is not permitted.
Four Seasons Aerial Photo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from service delays, weather-related cancellations, or technical issues beyond reasonable control. Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
